Blue Sapphire Hub is inviting passionate, skilled, and community-driven professionals to volunteer as facilitators in our growing tech and innovation ecosystem. We are building the next generation of tech talent and digital leaders, and we need committed facilitators to help us achieve this mission.
Areas of Facilitation
We are currently seeking volunteer facilitators with practical experience in:

• Software Development : (Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, Mobile App Development, Git/GitHub, APIs, etc.)

• Cybersecurity :(Cyber hygiene, ethical hacking basics, network security, digital safety, risk awareness, SOC fundamentals)

• Networking : (Computer networks, routing & switching, network design, troubleshooting, cloud networking basics)

• 9 hours per week
• 3 days per week
• 3 hours per day

• Professional recognition and certificates
• Community impact and leadership experience
• Networking and collaboration opportunities
• Visibility across Blue Sapphire Hub programs and partners

• Industry professionals
• Tech educators and trainers
• Senior students or graduates with strong hands-on experience
• Professionals passionate about mentoring and community development

• Facilitate hands-on and interactive learning sessions
• Support learners through mentorship and guidance
• Contribute to curriculum delivery and improvement
• Encourage inclusive, ethical, and practical learning
• Participate in occasional planning and review sessions
